You pay for what you get. I switched to Travellers as they provided the lowest rate. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Never in my life have I been spoken to in such an aggressive and rude manner. Jamie Vanderwater, the individual assigned to my case called me the day after my accident. I understand that their job is to assess, enforce policy and relay the message to their clients. I definitely was not happy with the result so I requested for clarification as to how they came to the conclusion. Instead of receiving a professional response, I basically got aggressively yelled at saying how I’m wrong - she went on saying “YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO BE IN EITHER LANES. SHE HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY. YOU’RE 100% AT FAULT. YOU HAVE NO WITNESS AND YOU COULD BE LYING. SHE IS AT NO FAULT AND YOU’RE 100% WRONG”. I was honestly so shocked as to how she talked to me. I called her out and said that I do understand it’s her job to relay messages, however, I do not believe that I should be talked to in that manner. She was very disrespectful and her delivery was just very bad. All I wanted was some sort of explanation but instead she just kept on telling me I was wrong. After I called her out, and told her I wanted to talk to someone else, she became very polite. This company is absolutely garbage and I will be switching to another company end of the term. I will also be writing reviews on every single platform I can about how rude customer service is, and will also be telling everyone to never go through them. Pay more somewhere and you’ll be at least treated like a human being.

I had applied for an entry level position at this organization and when I spoke to the recruiter was told they were interested in offering me the position. After waiting another five or six weeks I contacted the recruiter only to be told they had gone with someone else. Would have been nice if they could have told me from before they had someone else in mind instead of getting my hopes up so high just to be shot down. Worst experience ever.

I hate companies that charge you to pay them in advance. 3% fee for the privilege to pay them monthly in advance. We call this nickel and dimeing your customer. For shame
