I recently had an excellent experience with Sara Bond as a representative. I am moving from one condo to another and Sara was able to quickly, smoothly and thoroughly assess my needs, calculate a new policy, and adjust for the transition from the old policy to the new. She was always available for follow-up questions by email and phone and was responsive, courteous, patient, friendly, helpful and fun! I hope to have a long relationship with this excellent company.

Changing my address and policy has never been easier. The process was quick and painless and I feel more at ease knowing I am protected by such an exceptional company. I worked with Jessica, who was patient and informative in helping me make changes to my Tenant Insurance - I totally recommend Pether Insurance (Desjardins Insurance) for your current/future renter's insurance needs.

I normally don't write too many Google reviews but this was due. Had a fantastic experience with Matt. Took 15 minutes to get a quote on the phone. Once I reached the office , I was out in another 10 minutes. Quick & Easy !!!! I think you may find other providers that are potentially slightly cheaper but convenience is huge. Someone who answers your questions quickly and makes this process quick and painless is definitely worth a few extra bucks. Highly recommended. P.S : This review is based on my experience in getting a quote and buying the insurance. I have not filed for any claims so not sure how that'll be.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend the services from this company. I had a very helpful and really good experience obtaining my auto insurance with Jessica, who provided me in a timely manner with all the information I needed to make my decision.

Normally, when I'm asked to leave a review for a business, I don't do it. However, over the last couple of weeks, I've received a lot of useful information and help from this establishment. My auto-insurance representative, Matt, has given me multiple quotes for different models of cars as I was in the process of buying a used vehicle. He gave in-depth explanations of the different kinds of coverage, and didn't pressure me to add coverage I didn't see as necessary. Overall, my insurance purchasing experience was a positive one, thank you for your help.
