Lots of lies. They tell me I have to cancel my policy 45 days before my renewal date. otherwise they will charge me a fee. The agents aren't not clear about what they are doing. I have to make a few phone call, talk to a few agent to get things clear. In the mean time, I got different answers for the same question. I try to make my payment, but they forget to charge on my credit card. I spend too much time on their phone call.

Horrible experience. Cancelled my auto insurance in January. They charged me for February and I was told that a refund will be deposited on Feb. 11th. Had to call three more times because I did not get the refund. Each time they tell me different date for the deposit. Now It is March 11th and they told me the refund will be deposited on March 21st. Totally unprofessional and no respect for a customer who has been dealing with them for 3 years.

I made a one-time payment for my auto insurance and on renewal, they did not call me. after a couple of months i was not able to login to my account because they canceled my policy due to non-payment, According to them, they sent me a letter in my mailbox. NO EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. I thought it was on auto renewal and Did not remember my policy renewal date. They did not call me on renewal or ask me for any payment, and now my insurance will spike because of them.

Horrible experience with their claims department and I will choose a different insurance firm once this is up for renewal. Lionel and Zico have been negligent as claim processors because they had no regard for asbestos that became exposed during the repair of a basement floor - they had their response crew (Juan) handle exposed and fragmented asbestos dust in my basement - pretty sure this is illegal.

TD rental insurance delivered the worst service i have ever experienced. Besides being expensive, this insurance company will do anything to prevent the customer from getting the benefit we pay for. We had flooding in our building and the TD Insurance adjustor failed to complete her duties helping us. She provided no information and left us to our own devices. We were at the mercy of a misinformed call center that gave us the wrong information about our policy and made us spend even more money unnecessarily. When we wanted to raise the concern to the manager, the manager was nonresponsive, and so we had to make several other calls and waste more time to speak to them. All in all a horrible experience. The most unbelievable part of it all is that they do this while people are going through a horrible time in their lives. awful, awful service. Do NOT get this insurance.
