Called today to cancel our tenant property insurance. I was having a hard time hearing the human being on the other line so I asked her politely to repeat the question and she just raised her tone on me impatiently. I was shocked in disbelief that I stuttered my reason of calling them. I found this treatment totally unprofessional and poor customer service skills. Gone are the days when customer service related companies DO serve their customers and treat them with utter importance and respect. This agency should look into this particular employee of theirs and have her train in customer service and professionalism at work when dealing with clients. May I remind you that your company is able to pay your wage because of us your clients.

To say I had a bad customer experience with this company and their representatives would be an understatement. Their internal policies and guidelines are opaque and outdated. How a company can operate with snail mail as it's primary form of communication in 2018, is something I am struggling to comprehend. I would not recommend using their services.
