This company is a scam. If you are a home-buyer, do not use them for Title Insurance. I submitted a claim for an unpaid bill (say property taxes for context) from the previous owner (for a measly $150), and in order for them to pay the claim, they required me to sign a waiver saying that I can never again make any future claims related all Property Taxes. I spoke with 3 different lawyers who all told me not to sign this. Making a claim on one specific item should not prohibit me from making a claim in the future (this would be like car insurance company only fixing your broken bumper once, and if it broke again, you're out of luck). They sell to Lawyers, but don't seem to realize that their final customers are the homeowners. Poor customer service as well, as the Claim Adjuster I spoke with was supposed to get back to me and never did. Disappointing overall.
