Extremely happy with the service provided. From the ease of the quote and the efficiency of getting everything taken care of. My agent Sagar is the best. He responds very fast to any inquiries and is so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Professionals. I have been with this agency since 1990 when i purchased my first car (GMC Tracker) I shopped around and as an 18 year old boy, you could imagine the rates that I was being quoted. I was introduced to Bashir and he set me up with a policy that I could afford. He and his team (Harry and others) have been there for us through the years. I always feel like they look out for me and my family. My daughters now also have a policy with Allstate Leaside. Highly recommended!

Professionals that are thorough and knowledgeable. Allstate has stood behind me during trying times.

Normally, I take negative reviews on here with a grain of salt. We are often quick to condemn others but rarely offer praise where it is due. Sadly, this is not one of those situations. In recent years, I have watched the decline at this location and have yet to receive even mediocre customer service in as long as I can remember. Misrepresentations, lowball quotes putting you in a position where you're 25-30% higher when you start the policy, poor communication and poor time management are the only consistent things you can expect out of this team.

Representatives at this location are terrible! Rude and unwilling to communicate effectively, they were offensive and unapologetic. Refused to use the basic human emotions like compassion and see reason. I cancelled my policy and will never use Allstate or even recommend them to anyone again.
