Be aware! My Mother and Father took out a life insurance policy over 30 years ago and continue to pay towards it. Only to find out, accidentally, that neither policy has a beneficiary on it. Now tell me. Who would have claimed the money on a death. This is fishy to say the least.

I worked for Foresters for about 6 months in managerial level position. During my service, I found the company really wants to improve and succeed. In customer interaction services, there were great people to work with but things seemed to be reorganized. More attention from the top management was required for employee engagement. For example, my skip management meeting was rescheduled around four times and did not take a place until I left the company. New AVP did communicate or open a discussion about the employee objectives and competencies that will be measured to evaluate the performance. I got shocked when I heard a statement like” you wanted it to be white & black!”. I learned to set up SMART objectives when it to come to aiming for results.
