AVOID : AVOID : AVOID: The last insurance company ONE SHOULD GO, as they operate through broker agents and customers are sent pillar to post for issues. If you have cancelled policy even if you are with them more than 2 years also, they don't consider and they will penalize you with charges when you cancel. The escalation matrix is not managed in this organization, where you have left no choice to pay penalties. They will be sending final outstanding invoice by Canada post (??) to customers and customer support will tell you there is no way they can send soft copy, but broker agents will be receiving the same copy in email. They don't take responsibility for canada post delays, but will send to collection agents in 30 days from their invoice date, irrespective whether you received it or not. its a big scam and very poor respect for long term customers. I would recommend to avoid this insurance company through broker mode.

Had my car insurance with them 8 years now. Rate has always been the best, never had to shop around. Mind you I never had a claim, so everyone that wrote a bad review should of read the fine print, or get maximum coverage

They are great at Collecting Premiums, but when it comes time for a Claim, zero empathy and slow response.

I have great prices with Economical and have had a claim and they took care of me flawlessly. Great company.

For about a week and a half, after I got into my accident, these guys told me that the car was a "write-off" and insisted I moved it to one of their garages. After finding out that the car was NOT a write-off, they told me they would repair the car. Everything would have been OK except for the fact that they told me that I had $1500 allowance on a rental car, they only charged about $800 to Enterprise, and stuck me with a nice $337.31 extra for my troubles. Thank you for making a bad situation much worse then it had to be, NEVER get insurance from these guys, they will scam you out of every penny you have.
