Other than the kind of awkward location I really love the people here and the service provided. Everyone is so friendly and things are so efficient like a well oiled machine. They take the time to explain things to you and don’t make you feel pressured to add anything to existing insurance policies which is a big plus for me. Would definitely recommend.

I had always known the service I'd receive from Jennifer and the Cooperators would be impeccable - but I had assumed that great service came at a premium. Boy was I wrong! After deciding to get a quote from Jennifer it was the best rate for the best coverage I could find. I kicked myself for not reaching out even sooner. Despite my VERY last minute request before my old policy renewed, Jennifer and her team were able to put something together faster than I could imagine. It was great dealing with someone personally, and not just a new agent each time you call. Thanks so much for both the friendly, efficient service and the lower rates! Strongly recommend getting in touch with Jennifer! For reference: she handles my home and auto now.

I have been with the Cooperaters for over 10 years and since I moved to KW 5 years ago Jennifer Sharer and her team have been there for all my questions and insurance needs. I know they will help me, and explain everything that I need to get the best for all my insurance needs. Honesty, kindness, knowledge are what they are about. Thank-you Jennifer and your amazing team!

My Husband and I have been so happy with the Jennifer Sharer Insurance Group. Jennifer was able to beat our previous rates and she has always provided us with excellent customer service. Jennifer and her team have also helped many of my family members and friends. Thank you so much for helping us with all of our insurance needs!

I would like to rate my experience here with 6 STARTS unfortunately google will only let me use 5. I have not been able to find another broker/company that comes close to providing the level of service I receive from this establishment it's staff. I have recommended several co-workers, family members and friends and they are all very happy I did. THANK YOU JENNIFER for running such a great office to work with :-)
