I’m giving 2 stars because this place is really a hit or miss with the staff. I had an amazing staff member help me yesterday. I’ve had way too many negative experiences here though. One employee was extremely rude to me when I was getting change for my cash flow. She and the other employee beside her cackled when I asked for a roll of loonies and quarters. I have zero interest in being made to feel small. She proceeded to tell me that RBC was giving away $300.00. If I opened an account she would give me $300.00 as if I desperately needed the money. I said no thank you and she laughed again and said “you don’t want $300.00?!” I calmly told her I did not want it from her specifically. I felt really confused as to what was so funny this whole time. It’s not cool to make people feel small though. I’ll be phoning in to complain about this. Also, they are very, very slow at this location. The one upside is that they do have cash.

I would give this bank a 0 if I could. I have only dealt with one pleasant staff member at this location. In addition to the poor customer service, RBC keeps charging my accounts with NSF fee's that shouldn't be there. When I go in person they tell me to call in, and when I call in they keep stating it's "an authorized payment but they can't see where it's coming from" - yet continue to withdraw funds that shouldn't be withdrawn. I've been an RBC client for 13 years but will be switching immediately. What a joke.

I wish I could say something positive about this place. The hours and days of operation really suck. The parking is horrible. The manager is belligerent and rude. She's one of those ladys that thinks she knows everything.. Im right, you're wrong. End of story. Her public relations are truly dismal.

If you need any help with any customer issues your best bet is to call customer service directly because manager here name Annie Moore is the biggest moron, rude and got zero customer service skills, one of those " know it all" employees are slow as hell, well no wonder look who is running the show,

This has to be the slowest bank ever. If I could go to the machine and take care of business I would. It would be a great idea to have more than two tellers on a Friday afternoon!
