The people that work there alright , half the time there is more people working then waiting in line and you still have to wait 10 min. There is also a goof parking ticket collector that nails you of you park out front and run in for 3 seconds , stating you have to pay for parking out front totally not worth going to that bank , might as well pay a non atm fee at another bank same price as parking . I think the 20 bucks a month td takes from me should have parking included .!

I don't have a lot of reason to go in to see a teller, but the one time I did she was awful. "Can I help you sir?" She hollers down to me, making it really awkward because I am in fact 100% woman. Whatever. I walk over and try to explain my situation (I had some fraud show up in my account) but she cuts me short saying "WHaT?" and turning her ear towards me, and a second time, tells me to go 'call this number' before she can help me. Problem is... I've already called in, she just refused to listen to my entire 2-second story and so I waste my time on the phone, having it tell me that there is no one available for 20+ minutes. The only reason why I got my issue resolved at all was when I went through a second time and got a different teller. Normally this would be a typical 5-star thing, as I do very little banking in person and everyone is well-dressed and polite... but never have I had anyone as rude (or hard of hearing/sight) as her. I couldn't even learn her name, because her name tag was lower than her cleavage. Blonde. Older/mature woman. She's the only reason why I'd ever give this a 1-star review.

Muriel always has a terrible attitude whenever I am unfortunate enough to have to deal with her.

Great service, friendly staff, never had a problem with any of their employees in the five years we have banked there. I do wish you had sports on the TVs again though, that was nice.
