This location has always been clean, helpful and courteous. My biggest complaint is only the unnecessarily long wait time when it's busy. For example, going in to pay a bill, etc at the end of the month and only having 2 tellers open. This is inconvenient and annoying, especially when one of those tellers are chatting up about personal life to customers and moving so slowly that sloths look like cheetahs in comparison.

Horrible location. They have removed the ATM because of drug users and I went by today to use the drive thru ATM and now that's gone too. If you want to feel safe with your money... go somewhere else. Scotiabank has been a horrible bank to deal with for my business and personal accounts on all levels. I should feel safe at my bank... the 70 year old security guard they have just doesn't cut it when I get accosted by meth heads coming and going from the building... bring a big mean dog every time. I do. I feel bad for the staff... a lot of them are great people

Horrible customer service I have ever received anywhere. Lady at the front was rudest CSR I have ever seen. FSR Sadie took 1 hour to setup new account and did not let me join my cousin when she was setting her account because she told her so many stupid products which she never needed. They did not let her consult with me at all. What a shameful way of doing business or I would say scam/fraud.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Just wanted to get rid of us. Come on bank you have our money with you. Treat us with some respect.

Went in today , I was the only customer in the branch :-), The teller provided me with wrong information about my request , she was not willing to help at all, just wanted to get rid of me. Went to other branch on Bayfield St. and they took care of the issue without any problem. No wonder why there were no customers in the branch :-))
