Went to withdraw large amount of money for my elderly Mother & transfer to another bank ‘s savings account. Waited in line, as only 3 tellers, had to wait for them to find supervisor for signature. Told teller I was going right to another bank to deposit this large amount. When I got to my bank, CIBC post dated the bank draft for Monday (2 days later) and I was unable to deposit it! I told teller I was going right to other bank, now I have to wait 2 days and protect this bank draft. This was not good service, was not advised if this at all!

Horrible parking, and poor customer service, multiple mistakes made during important banking decisions and meetings. Wouldn't recommend this CIBC to anyone and has lowered my expectations from the brand in general.

Very friendly staff but the parking lot is a bit of a challenge during busy times. The sharp corners in the lot have almost had people running into each other a number of times I've been there. The place is always clean and feels modern which is a nice added touch. Other than the parking it's a great place to do my banking

Only some employees are helpful and some employees take a work that they never done before or have enough knowledge for. Because of that, they took so long time to complete it which can be done in few mins.
