Branch Manager named Darren who sits behind the bank tellers has no respect. I was having a situation that I was trying to address about issues happening with my e-transfers and when she was trying to talk to me after the teller that was helping me needed her recognition for something she started talking to me from where she was sitting and I couldn’t hear her she kept getting louder and louder until I had to say “ why are you trying to talk to me from over there if you have something to say can you please come over here” and so she finally did and just had a ton of attitude in her voice saying this is procedure and any questions I had she didn’t seem like she wanted to answer or help and she had a smirk that was so fake while talking to me . So unprofessional. All of the bank tellers are all great there though and super friendly. I switched banks though to TD a since they weren’t able to help me . TD is so far amazing .

I say the staff are what makes this bank. They are extra friendly and always helpful. And in this case . Being friendly or understanding if you have a problems is so important. Staff are there to help and with proper explanation of your problem helps a great deal when trying to solve a problem. And the staff dont make the rules they are only paid to follow them. And yes i feel like all banks can charge and charge look around so is everyone else.

Came in to apply for a scene visa with my son and needed to correct some paperwork didn’t have an appointment but the branch manager Darren was very helpful. Took my son in and got the paperwork sorted out. Still need to come back for the visa app but am very happy with the service we received today
