Always a hassle and they don't care about the customer only their bottom line. Many better branches and banks in town.

Aug 7, 2018
Generally a better than average retail banking experience. Shorter lines and a friendlier staff. Where this branch really shines is with Vanessa - one of their senior tellers. She is very knowledgeable, prompt and has great personal skills. I go out of my way and wait for her specifically when possible.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service!

Very rude and unprofessional staff, these Tellers need to realize that they are still customer service representatives who need to conduct themselves professionally. Absolutely pathetic.

Rude customer service from lady on sat Sept 22 2018. Called another branch for more educated assistance 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
