I never experienced like this waiting long time but they only have 2 staff in lovely busy saturday even one give training to anther. TD has to consider that they have improve their customers services rather than we spend our values time here in just waiting

Very bad experience with the business teller. She knew what she was doing but very unpleasant. No "please sign", "you can keep this", just short commands: "sign", "keep". I am giving 3 stars just because normally the service is much better.

Very unimpressed with the level of attention to detail and the length of time it takes the "mortgage specialists" to get back to clients.
