Always excellent, personal customer service. Most remember me by name. They are always pleasant and helpful ~ A nice change from the usual anonymity of our culture

This place isn't nearly as bad as the ratings say. The petty reviews you see, are exactly that. People not getting their way. This is my bank, they are amazing. Nuff' said.

I use this place a lot and it is good.

All I wanted to do was transfer some money. They kept asking so many questions it became impossible to have the answer to each. Worstly the teller just bounced back and forth talking to me then the manager. Why can't I talk to the manager? I was there for 20 minutes just to be told I was refused the transfer. They were very nice, but it was nothing less than a friendly slap in the face.

Worst bank that I've ever done business with. Couldn't care less about the customer. Employees including Custer service manager don't know what they are doing. I had a small business account since 2012 from this branch that was inactive. I had a checking and a visa card that I paid 50$ annually for. I had over draft on the checking account and roughly a 6$ a month fee. I wasn't using these accounts but planned on starting to in the future. I paid the 50$ annual credit card fee and though I always kept money in checking for the monthly fee and figured that even if it went to negative I was fine because of the overdraft that I'd just pay interest on a couple dollars. I went into the bank today to top up the checking and learned that they had closed the account and sent it to collections over 29$ when I'm supposed to have a 500 overdraft. I got no notification that this was going to happen or had even happened. Not only did they close the account but they sent it to collections and interfered with my personal credit over 29$ that I didn't even know that was an issue. They had my phone number, email address, home address and everything. I don't hear a peep from them. They sent it to there collections in September and four months later I still hadn't be contacted. All the while damaging my credit. I was supposed to be getting monthly paper statement mailed to me as well but never received anything. I figured that it was because there was no activity on the account and that if there was then I'd receive one.
