Staff are okay but the bank itself is getting carried away with service charges. For the average person, you are further ahead using a credit union or one of the no-fee banks.

There's always a line-up. Bank officers never answer the phone and they don't return calls, and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes on the general line I gave up.

So far the most irresponsible bank I've used for a credit acocunt. It's been 4months since I've used my scene visa card, but no points were yet to be received. My friend also has the same problem with her other friend in Toronto. If you want a good credit card, I suggest going to BMO or TD.
