Worst customer service ever. Rating 1 star as there is no way to provide negative.Have been long time customer with RBC with so many products still the service provided by front line customer service was pathetic. Will never recommend this branch.

walked in when it was busy, and this one associate i think her name was jashan. she was very short and helpful. literally.

Yesterday I was at this branch. When we entered the branch, we were greeted and guided in a very pleasant and warm manner. Then as we were told to wait( the agent we wanted to see was in another transaction), we were offered a cup of coffee and cookies served in the Reception area. On such a cold day, this was a pleasant surprise and the most needed thing to warm my hands up. Secondly, I realised that this branch stands out from all other branches of RBC. Every single employee in this branch was so customer friendly, and caring. They were polite, cheerful, caring (people working in their cabins came up to us seeing us waiting for a long time and everyone offered help) We were waiting for a specific person and she was informed about us several times I guess. I have never seen this before. How much value they give to our time! Wow! No one wanted us to continue waiting. This is par excellence! I have been to other branches where often people who receive a guest, tend to forget they asked us to wait. Or are so busy that work gets a priority over guests! Thirdly, I have seen some bank branches ones having some random things kept here and there and no importance to aesthetics of the place. Like messy rug somewhere in the hallway, or ripped magazine in the waiting room, not so clean floors/desks/counters, and last year in Summer, I saw a not so clean water jug (an open top plastic pitcher) with a cup on a table for guests to drink water from. (WHAT!?!?!? an open pitcher). I wonder if they really care about hygiene even, forget about presentation! RBC Sandalwood and Bramalea outshines all bank branches in terms of aesthetics and cleanliness. The layout is excellently open and bright and a lot of seating space. All staff cabins are around the central hallway where they can see what's happening in the branch (if they wish to of course).. rather than hiding in their cabins and having a "private time" all the time. (When we were inside one of the cabins the doors made sure we had a private chat with the agent.) We had a very friendly conversation with the agent there who I met for the first time. I never felt that though. She was good! She became a friend in one meeting! I appreciate that. The Bank Manager too came to us twice and asked us if we were doing good and were helped as expected. He seemed to care for us. He must be the mastermind and spine of this shining team, I guess. After all quality comes from leaders and shows in the spirit of the team. And, yeah this branch had a washroom for guests to use. Not many branches have one. I wonder why do banks not think this is important? Guests who are coming to a branch would never need a washroom during their wait time and meetings?!?!!??!?! Even they saw us off respectfully. This is my fav. branch of RBC now. I hope they are always like this.

Great atmosphere, and manager is very professional and that is reflected by the staff as well.

Slowest RBC branch I've ever been to.
