Been with BMO 10 + YRS , Moved recently to Brampton. This the slowest location ever seen

I walked in with an appointment and immediately was greeted by someone. Many other banks have a more "get in and get out" attitude. I was helped by Natasha, the Financial Services Manager. She showed great analytical drive by demonstrating the benefits of different products, walking me through an iPad demonstration and talking about soccer along the way! I probably would not have switched over my bank account if it wasn't for her exceptional service.

Terrible service especially the bigger Italian women wow I haven't met some one so stubborn in my life! Long time customer of 20+ years number of issues with bank of my real in general charging both my credit and savings cards with monthly charges I did t agree or pay for. "It happens our mistake" yeah right! Your crooks Thanks for the endless headaches and the terrible service. Best of luck the younger women are great the Hispanic girl and the girl with the headdress I feel bad they have to work for old grumpy women and the bank of Montreal in general. Hope this helps I really do TD here I come !

They seem to hire many new/inexperienced tellers who seem quite clueless and try to push their products onto you. Only their older, experienced tellers here are good. My experience at the BMO branch at Bramalea is usually much better - they seem more professional there.
