Elizabeth Smith (Financial Advisor) is GREAT!

Nov 26, 2018
Had two experiences with the two customer/Front desk personals. They always rude and talking like we are there to just to listen what they say. After several minutes their talk, I could able to explain my issue, still they are not ready to help me out or provide any solution. When I said that in that similar situation, I could able to talk with the financial advisor in other TD branches. Could you able to suggest anyone here. Answer was, 'in that case, you can come and talk with tomorrow'. Why tomorrow?

Worst Experience I've ever had with TD it all started at this location right to their easy line help. No one knows the company policies correctly. Been receiving American checks periodically since January last year have never had a hold on my checks now all of a sudden I have a 15 day hold when I've been depositing since last jan. 2 phone calls they said I can deposit threw the ATM no hold will be on cause I have a cash back limit great but nope doesn't work won't except the check finally the 3rd person I've talk to informs me they informed me incorrectly and he can't explain why up untill now it's been ok for me to deposit. Manager I delt with at this location Saturday morning was very rude and unhelpful. Kinda got the feeling its cause I'm young? I've been a customer since I was 16 and now I feel as if I need to leave this company.
