When I first moved to Brampton and then this bank opened up in my area I was super thankful and excited because I got to witness this location open up in a brand new plaza. The service has always been a pleasant experience so I disagree with some of the comments below this bank deserves more ratings... There were times where there were errors on my cheques with spelling mistakes or what not and the bank would always find a way to accommodate me to the best of their ability. The manager whose a women has always been so kind to allow me to get funds that usually weren't always available right away to me, I also am remembered each time I go in by previous people who served me at the counter. Jaspreet Singh is also amazing because he gave me suggestions on how to rebuild my credit within the bank and even in my personal life... I recommend this bank because it is a pretty good bank... Sometimes it is a busy bank but tell me what banks aren't busy ? They do their best as best as they can at all times. People who are in a rush should go to banks when they actually have some time to wait patiently. Amazing service, amazing staff who are very professional.

Horrible! I went their to get my portfolio with branch stamp on it, they declined to stamp! And even told me that all td branches stopped stamping the portfolio, their is no stamps at any of branches , they said i can get some other document with a fees of 10 dollar. In next 15 minutes i went to another branch they stamped it without any questions. Will never go their again. Rude staff

Took 30 min to tell me they don’t have “enough cash “for a withdrawal. Line up is long and there is no urgency

There was a recent change in management and management style making this branch a much better place to conduct business the operation is now almost fluid.
