One of the worst banks you will ever go to. I had my first bank account with this branch long ago when they were first inside Bramalea City Centre. Their service was impeccable and truly cared for their clients. Their service now is extremely lousy, there is immense lack of knowledge, and customers are not valued in any way. I have removed all my financial products from BMO to banks that really do care about their customers. I highly suggest others to do the same. You can't even speak to someone in this bank and the culture here is that someone may return a call if it suits their convenience but often you won't even get a return call. I wish I could give a negative mark, instead of 1 star. They do not deserve even 1 star. Stay away from here and move your financial products to a bank that knows to care for their clients. Be aware!

This is the worst BMO i have been too. The lines are long only because on a busy Saturday there are only 2 tellers! Why must i wait 15-20 minutes for a 1 minute deposit (& no it’s not a deposit i can do at the atm). I arrive at 3:00 & there’s 4 tellers, as each one finishes they leave to where there is 1 left with 15 people in line behind me! I didn’t reach to talk to someone till 3:17 & there were only 3 people in front of me! Busy is not an excuse, customer service is always first no matter what. & don’t get me started with the fact that they didn’t even say hi or how are you, she just looked at me to tell her what i was doing! It’s like they are all always in training & don’t have any manners.

As some other reviews suggest the lines up are usually pretty long, not always truth. But this is a busy location. They upgraded there ATMs not so long ago, and by all means BMOs ATMs are much nicer then TDs ATMs and serve same function with No-Envelope deposits. Overall this is a rather good branch. But as I said it’s busy, so for most part the ATMs on premises are your best friends on there.

They never answer the phone when you call. Something small as wanting to book and appointment, you have to drive there to do so.
