I do my everyday banking (chequing, saving) with TD and I recently got a business loan through them back in Jan 2019. For the last 2 months now, I've been dealing with with an issue, where all I wanted to do was make a payment from my chequing account, to my business loan. The business teller at TD somehow took the money out of my chequing account, but didn't apply to the loan. She lost my $650! And it's been 2 months and they still haven't found my money or compensated me for it. However I'm still getting the collection calls from TD for the last 2 months in regards to missing a payment. This I'm sure in Essence affects my credit. Why am I banking with a company that's hindering my credit??? Considering transferring my loan to another bank if this keeps up. If you're looking for a business loan, do NOT go to TD

Terrible customer service. No one comes in on time, appointments are kept waiting. No one returns messages. No effort to seem like your business is important.....these people are supposed to manage your finances but can't return a phone call?

I would like to thank Nadia for her amazing customer service. I have done some important banking services at this branch and she has been very understanding and worked with my challenging questions and situations. I really appreciate this relationship with Nadia and I am a very happy TD customer!

I was transferring money from one account to another - easy enough. I reminded the young teller "C" to check the account numbers carefully as I have a few accounts. She claimed she had double checked and yet she still made the mistake of taking money from the wrong account! The evening before, an advisor, "J.S." had given me inaccurate and misleading information regarding an estate account of which I am the executor. She claimed that cheques couldn't be written on that account unless the bank knew the reason for the cheque and actually could see the bill - not true! If you use this TD branch, check your accounts for errors and get a second opinion on their comments!
