I'll give anybody 5 bucks if they can actually pronounce a name correctly in this place. WTF is with the non English speaking staff. FYI we speak English in Canada. My actual rating is zero stars!!

Called the branch regarding my insurance policy. A staff member called Baljodh was very rude and did not provide me any information about my policy. Worst person to speak with. Very upsetting as I have been with them over 4 years. Going to change my services from RBC

This bank has been good to me. My only problem is when there's a long line of people and only 2 tellers are open. It makes it frustrating when on a time crunch.
