This review is for Seema Taheem. ABSOLUTELY unprofessional service, I am disappointed that TD hired her to service customers and I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BRANCH. After waiting in the line, I had the unfortunate luck of getting her as my teller where right off the bat she assaults you with 30 different questions. What should have been a normal deposit turned into a police investigation where she asked me 10 different questions which I was not comfortable giving. Then after the transaction is done, she has the audacity to ask me to give her a 10/10 on her service if I get an email. Nothing about how I liked her service! She literally told me that if I get a survey, to make sure to give her a 10. Tip for you Seema, if you want 10/10, don't bribe the customer or force them to give you one. I can not believe that a Canadian bank would hire staff like this, where they are actively pushing customers to give them a 10 on emails for not better understanding what's going on. I can say this much, I will not be going to this branch and make sure that anyone who needs banking done goes elsewhere. Other TD branches are much more friendlier. Believe me, you're not missing much by not going here, expect for verbal abuse and staff thinking that you being Indian they can command you to give them perfect on surveys.

The ladies at the reception are rude towards their own kind, the Indian people. If the manager really cares about providing a good service then their manners should improve.

Everyone is very helpful. I’ve always had a good experience. Thank you TD 👍🏼

They never pick up their phones, maybe the manager of the branch should read some of these so they can give better service and have better LEI calls, bunch of idiots. Learn how to pick up the phone. Put that in your training modules.

Typically busy most of the time but manager does not have any responsibility to change the machine to count bills , at RBC all counter have one one machine but here more than 10 cashiers at a time serving you but only one old machine they have and does not work properly, howvmuch it cost, you are going to be surprised it’s only $170 max . What do you think , manager can save how much money ? But wasting customer time, they have to think about this . I hope my this message head office can read and do something about it . . Very upsetting .
