This is sadly the bmo I open my account in and got my mortgage as well. These guys have never picked up there phone or returned my call ever called back in the last 6 years. That was the reason I moved my mortgage from them even. The manager is so much on cloud 7 that I have never see her saying hi to any one ever. Ps - they need some one to p up the phone

Very funny place. Came in twice to see if they are available to open a chequing account for me. Both times they told me they had no one available and both of the times there were on two tellers working the front. Is this a joke? When someone WANTS to open a banking account with you and your company you should greet them immediately through the front door and open the damn account. This is common sense, you are basically throwing business OUT OF THE DOOR. Doesn't matter for me, TD and CIBC right around the corner.

Do not answer their phones nor do they respond to messages left on the voicemail even though in the voicemail response they say they will respond same day. Called last week and left a message and still haven't hear back. Called 3 times today and no answer.

Made an appointment on bmo online and was confirmed. When we got there the system didn't show our appointment and only 1 guy to work there to open a simple chequing account. They wasted 30 minutes of my time and get up and left. I have dealt with many banks but I never had experience like this. Most banks have back up people working so they can keep their reputation. I guess this branch just don't care. Do not waste your time.
