The most unprofessional and worst costumer service ever. This the third time because of their miscommunication and unprofessionalism I have wasted my time. I clearly call and ask for an appointment for my child rsp account and changing the status of my Visa card, but when I ask the advisor for the RSp account she said she don’t have time for it. And plus she was rude. I will never go to this branch again however this is the closest to my house. I am so disappointed :(
