Pretty much happy and satisfied with the services provided to me at this branch. Staff member Kanchan Mehta was so humble and patient to answer all my questions and she also guided me with her great suggestions. I truly appreciate her dedication to provide excellent customer service. She even missed her lunch time.

I booked an appointment at this branch as my credit card was not working. I had an appointment with Angad. On the day of appointment I received a call from a lady from that branch saying that my appointment is cancelled as Angad is on sick leave. She gave me Angad's contact number and told me to contact him and reschedule the appointment. I sent him text message, he didn't reply, I tried calling him for 2...3.... days but neither him nor that lady picks up the call. So, I had to book another appointment which is after 21 days from the original date of appointment. This is ridiculous. If an employee is on sick leave then branch should make arrangements to take care of the appointments. Its is not fault of their customers, why should they suffer? What if someone cancelled their other plans for this appointment. Who should be responsible? We are not jobless, that we are available at any time you give us. Its branch's duty to take care of their customers. Worst branch.
