The worst service at tellers. I wonder what qualities did they consider while hiring such rude and disrespectful staff members. I insist the bank management to teach some soft skills to their teller staff.

I went in yesterday with very low expectations given the ratings online. However, my experince with Gagandeep was great. He was very helpful and explained me about all the different types of options and what would be the future tax implications in Canada and India. Haven’t had to deal with anyone else yet but hoping that the branch manager will look at the reviews and take some actions to improve the customer service.

Excellent, prompt service with good team work skills; The man at the reception counter was very good and helpful when I had walked in on Saturday morning a couple of weeks before to open my NRE n NRO accounts. The manager Mr Singh was kind enough to squeeze in sometime of his and to help me immediately the same day in spite of having not fixed an appointment for the day. Today I have received the cheque books and bank cards via DHL. Writing this to personally thank you all for the services at your branch and also for letting everyone know how good it is at your end as well so they could avail your services whenever needed without any thought or two.

Sumitha was really helpful and they took very good care of international students. Activating the account was easy.

The worst bank I ever seen in Canada. By mistake I made my GIC with ICICI bank.
