I don't have choise to put -ve score..... very worst service...when I open there is no limit for minimum balance...I also out of country for a while and acct it self in locked status...when they introduce minimum balance...not met the criteria and started pull money from locked account and taken all the money... simply it is no difference from robery...it legal way of robbery.

Please, please be very careful when dealing with this bank, lost all my funds that were in the account due to monthly service fees which were never mentioned when setting up the account. Called numerous times with no return calls, customer service horrendous, blamed me for not checking on the account more frequently. These banks have no business being in Canada if they cannot meet minimum levels of customer service standards.. Employees rude and obnoxious.Unfair business practices...Better business bureau?? Its unfortunate I can not rate them a 0 star to match my bank balance with them..
