excellent service, I would rather wait in a line than use an ATM. The staff here are always very helpful. They great you by first name, and always acknowledge you when you enter the bank. They are quick to answer any questions, I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else. Keep up the excellent work!

No USD deposits at ATMs, forcing me to have to stand in line every month to deposit one cheque. Average time wasted about 5-10 minutes per. It's 2018 BMO, let's go!

Pathetic customer service!! First time dealing with this bank. Obtained an RRSP loan a couple of months ago and just called in at 9:50 am to make an extra 1 time lump sump payment against in addition to my regular loan payment. Had to wait 10 minutes on the line before a live person answered. Explained my situation and was told I would be transferred to someone who could help me. Instead I was put back at the beginning of their opening telephone recording response and had to wait another 5 minutes or so. Finally someone answered and after providing the usual information she said she could help me but would need to ask a couple of security questions. I assumed she had these questions on hand but was put back on hold and after 4 minutes or so, I had to take another call and just hung up. In all, wasted about 20 minutes and accomplished nothing. Will be interesting to see if this review actually gets reviewed by BMO staff. Can't wait until I no longer have to deal with this branch!!

I have done all of my personal banking at BMO for over 30 years. The Bolton branch is always ready to assist with my needs.
