Not the worst location I've been to, but I'm just glad I switched to Tangerine.

I went there once, the lady told me she could help me sign up for a debit and credit card but also told me to come back later on because the light power turned off then I came back after, the guy who was working there told me, they don’t have the service to help me that day. It was a waste of time.

I drove for an hour to get to this branch and when I wanted to open an account they said no because it was 15 mins until closing. And everyone was busy, ok I understand but they could have accommodated me or tried. Instead I basically got a flat NO. So unprofessional and never coming back here again!

I went here to merge my visa account and debit account. I waited there for almost 10mins. But when the lady almost know what to do it needed authorization of a supervisor. Coincidentally she was about to go for a break. Guess what it wasn't done at that time. They tried to fix it. But it seems that its still not merged. I don't have any problem with these things on TD. It's just a bit annoying.

I have been a few times, takes a very very long time. From my 4 visits I noticed that only 2 counters are serving customers even when there are long queues.
