The people that work here have no idea what they are doing. It took them 1hr to find the charge of a service. They are so inexperienced. Took them 1hr to open a bank account for which I applied for online which all they had to do was do an id check. Do not go there, best to avoid.

Most useless bank I ever dealt with. They cant do the simplest things like change debit account on a mortgage. DONT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE

Waiting in line right now. 2 bank tellers and three other seats empty with a bunch of other tellers walking around in circles. Absolutely sh*te service. Hsbc UK is far far better. I need to open a Canadian bank account
