Yeah, so I actually work at this bank. And I can tell you first hand. Is that they suck there constantly losing business to other banks one thing I know for sure? Is do not apply for a loan with these guys in the 2 years that I’ve been here. I haven’t seen one person get it approved for a loan. It’s a total waste of time it’s basically just a scam to get your information other than it being close to home. I wouldn’t waste my time here either.

Avoid if you can. I have had a couple of RSP loans from these people. The first one was fully paid off over 12 months ago and is still showing as outstanding on my credit report. The second one was paid off in full but they still took another payment. I have now been waiting two weeks to get this payment back. If I don't get it back soon I will be reporting them to the OBSI

Financer - Beware! not even worth giving a star, but I have to give one to be able to post this, terrible customer service. I have had many loans in my life for various things and never in the rest of my years would I recommend B2B to anyone for anything. Not only is it the worst experience I have had, 2 out 3 of the CSR's don't even understand how daily interest rates works, and they are in the call center for a banking business, can you say WHAT THE Heck!

What a terrible place to deal with. I wish I could give negative stars because 1 star is too generous. I have a RSP loan with these guys and they are so old fashion. In order to do absolutely anything with them (add a lump sum or change your monthly payment) they make you send a fax! Who even has a fax machine? Then when you spend 2$ faxing it from Staples a week before your statement comes out they haven't changed anything! This is such an old school bank its so terrible, it's like pulling teeth to do anything. I am surprized I didn't have to write my letter in old English and seal it with wax because this bank is so old school. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. I hate Primerica, and I hate B2B bank!

Absolutely brutal to deal with and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Total lack of professionalism. It took them 4 weeks to put together my mortgage port and they still submitted the paperwork so late on our closing date that we missed our closing date and had to wait for the next day. DO NOT DO MORTGAGE BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS. I can't wait until my two years are up so I can take my business elsewhere.
