Need to give a talking to your Spanish employee who wears her uniform while cutting in line at the gas station and then deciding to argue with all the people who she cut in front of who were waiting for the pump WAY longer than her. If you want to exhibit that level of selfish and confrontational behaviour outside of work, how about not doing it in your work uniform! A pretty sad excuse for a human being when everyone called her out and she continued to fill her car while arguing and laughing at them!

One of the tellers at this branch is very incompetent. I wanted to make sure I had enough in my account to cover a couple pre-authorized payments that were coming out and I specifically asked her if there was enough in the account to cover the payments. I was prepared to make a deposit if need be. Anyway, after doing some figuring out and talking with another employee she told me the amount that was in my account was $140 some odd and that there was enough to cover the two payments I needed to have paid. I signed into my account a couple days later on my phone and my balance was $125 and change, well that was not enough to cover my two payments and there had been no account activity since I spoke to this employee so it's not like I spent any money or had some other type debit come out. Needless to say I was quite upset and will be most likely closing my chequing account with BMO as this employee's incompentency was absolutely unacceptable.

N Sharma went way beyond our expectations, helping us even after hours to take care of all the difficult pieces in estate work. Best banker I've met.

A smaller location, but friendly staff. No car charger.
