Every time I go to this bank to see a teller there seems to be a 10 person line up. I often end up leaving without completing my banking as I do not have time to wait 30 minutes in a line. People want to speak to tellers regarding their money so no one wants to use the machines. They do not appear to be properly staffed to accommodate the needs of their customers.

I went to the bank today to get a bank draft. The person serving me said that the bank didn't have any at this time and suggested I go to the Prescott branch which having no other choice I did. My time, and my gas. My question is, if they knew they were out why didn't the manager drive to Prescott and get some so that individual customers would not have to make the trip. I think it's time to replace this incompetent management and replace with one that values customer service.

Yelka gave me a hard time even after the teller told her I can pay bills without giving me personal information , as I am a psw and pay bills for elderly who can’t leave their home and I do it all the time would no recommend dealing with this bank as their teller yelka was ignorant and wouldn’t even listen to her colleague .

It seems that today your customer service at the branch is none existent. Everyone is unavailable. I am getting very frustrated with your phone system. I want to be able to talk to a real person at my branch to sort a problem. The time of that person would amount to 5 minutes. Instead I have to make an appointment, the earliest would be Aug. 2nd, or drive 30 minutes to my branch on the chance that I can catch some ones ear. That is my reason for 1 star.

I have never in my life seen or heard of a bank with such terrible customer service. I met with an advisor over the phone back in February. My request did not get completed until last Friday.(over a month later) I understand some things can take time but the problem is the lack of communication and updates from the advisor. I had sent the advisor two (2) e-mails and left a voicemail message for her to contact me with an update and she never responded. I waited two weeks and decided to contact the RBC 1-800 # as I was concerned that the advisor was no longer working there. They got a hold of the advisor and the advisor finally contacted me last Friday. She told me the first part of my request was done and that she would get back to me this Monday to complete my request. Since then, I have sent two e-mails regarding the completion of this transaction and I have not heard back from her. I am incredibly frustrated at this time. My husband and I have been clients of RBC for over two decades. This is simply unbelievable. We have to decide now if we want to continue with RBC. It is very upsetting.
