I've been with RBC for several years and have always been satisfied with their services and positive client relationship. The very few concerns I've had were quickly addressed and with solutions I was happy with. The branch in Prescott is conveniently located right off Highway 2. You can park on the street or in their small parking structure behind the building. Their 24/7 access to the ATM machines is always handy. I would recommend anyone to at least go speak with one of their professionals if you're thinking of switching over.

Always given the run around. Never a straight answer taking my banking to another company

Absolutely reprehensible customer service. Staff (including mgt)have little to no training in finance or customer service, and are frankly small town, narrow minded people. Avoid this branch. I left RBC because of this branch. ZERO stars

We have always had a great experience with RBC in Prescott. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable staff working in a somewhat dated facility. The employees at the RBC Prescott branch have always managed to help us figure out a solution whether it involves our mortgage, loans to pay for home improvements or for emergencies like when our furnace died a few years ago. This time, we dealt with Anthony Deragon who listened to us about our challenge, organized a plan and put it altogether even when confronted with unusual hiccups like a bank draft that never made it or was lost by the intended recipients in a corporate office somewhere in downtown Toronto. While I'm not a fan of overly large super-corps that under-employ locally and harvest way too much profit from the bottom rungs of society, banking is a necessary evil. In this context, I do recommend RBC Prescott for the service they provide us.
