I needed a new card I went in showed them my liscence for Id. Then I told them my phone number associated with my account. Ann(apparently the supervisor) asked me for the last transaction I couldn’t remember the exact one so I logged into my banking app, she had me tell her 5+ confirmations of what I had recently purchased. I told her I’ve never needed to answer this many questions before and told her I thought it was strange. She was rude and proceeded to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about and she’s worked at the bank for a long time. I replied with maybe you just go a more thorough job, and she said no everyone has to do this every time. And then she went on to tell me that I needed to provide her with the last four digits of my lost card. I’ve lost my debit card over 100 times(unfortunately) and I’ve never been questioned so heavily. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She also wasn’t very pleasant with the individual she was serving before me either.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I spoke to someone in regards with a business matter named Tracy. She requested I have someone call her. The person attempted to call 5 times. I finally called back and was told that Tracy actually left right after her phone call with me. Absolutely unacceptable. After all the poor customer service I experienced with this branch, I decided to close my account and have my main Branch at a different location. Extremely glad I did so.

This outgoing friendly team saved the day for me, when the ATM ate my bank card! Elizabeth M. (far left side of pic) was the main person who helped me. Her smiles and relaxed way unwound my stressful day, and turned a problem into a quickly resolved solution! The person in the middle also gave excellent assistance. I will get her name and post it here!
