Worst Customer Service Ever! Negative one star if there was one! There's this one teller ; she's always extremely rude and grumpy! I always try to avaoid her! Manager is just the same! saw him walking around in his socks the other day in the bank LOL! Atleast smile for once! Very dissapointed and awful service. :(

If it was possible to give a zero-star rating, I think this place deserves it. In the process of applying for a credit card here at BMO, I went through the trouble of several visits and several phone calls only to find out that the bank teller produced an incorrect application which resulted in a month wait for absolutely nothing. I received a credit card which I later found out was cancelled and actually useless. On top of all this, when I asked for a quick solution they instructed me to reapply which meant another 2 week wait. They gave a "rushed" option to speed up the process which has a fee, I asked for compensation for all the trouble they caused and instead of a simple no, I got yelled at by the manager about how credit cards are a privilege and how I shouldn't ask for compensation. In a calm manner I explained how as a customer I applied for the SPC Cash back credit card and was accepted based on my application. First off, I was talking to the bank teller and the manager had nothing to do with my issue. Second, I don't think I deserved to be yelled at since they messed up my application and kept me waiting for a month. On top of all that, the other bank teller was yelling behind me and the entire store was chaotic. Now I'm here waiting another two weeks for a credit card. Thank you.

I like the Bank Of Montreal Burlington Mall the people that work their are friendly and down to earth, I like the location because its on my way home. I've built a friendly relationship with the ladies behind the teller they are very pleasant. Keep up the good work guys.

Very rude branch manager. The bank teller had to apologize for the manager's behavior.

Don't bother with this branch of banking cartel. BMO is now blocking debit transactions to companies and organizations that they do not "approve". What purpose does a bank serve when they hold fractional reserves, and decide how you are allowed to spend your money?
