Yes, there are helpful and knowledgeable individuals at this branch. Thank you for that. However, it would have saved me a lot of time if the adviser / manager had called me back as promised!I waited and waited and waited and then spent at least 45 minutes calling to check if the tasks had been fulfilled as promised.

Just had the BEST time with Alicia while depositing my pay. I find not too many people take the time to share such great service. So I hope that this review makes it to her and she’s recognized for it. I hope to see you again girl! Thank you!

Why was I told clearly and specifically that the estate account that I opened after my father's death would have zero fees if a minimum balance was maintained? I did everything the advisor told me to do! Today I received a statement with a fee taken out of the account!! This is wrong + needs to be refunded at the Plains Rd branch!

I've been coming to this branch for so long and I have never been treated like that. One of your tellers named Saman Najib was very cold and rud. She was very unwelcoming and never smiled. I don't think she knows what Customer Experience Associated means. I work with customers and I never treate them like that. She is not fit for this job.

Poorly trained and confrontational staff. Would recommend going elsewhere
