Very Polite And Kind! My experience was wonderful. I overdrafted when it was a mistake and they totally got me and told me that they would only charge if it was a recourrance. They taught me how to use their atm and ever since then it's been great

My account was closed with no good reason because someone fraudulent mistakenly paid into my account and I have not gotten my balance in my account back. They made me drive down all the way to this branch all the way from Ottawa, Canada about 5 times to resolved it and it has not still been resolved. This is one of my worst experiences ever with a commercial bank. I would advice you to stay away from Bank of America. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BEFORE I GET LAWYERS INVOLVED !!!!!!
