I went into BMO to establish a HELOC with Matt. Matt explained everything that I needed to know in depth and really took the time needed so that I'd be comfortable with the decision I was making. We also went over all my finances, and I feel he set me on a straight path towards a financial stable future. I walked out of the meeting feeling great about the decision we made. Fantastic dude, hopefully will be using him as my financial adviser for life.

This bank is sad especially when your money is suppose to be safe & insured. Why else does everyone and anyone pay monthly fees let alone use a bank? cause there suppose to be safe and secure... yet my own little brother looses 3,500$ and his bank dropped to 0 randomly with no flags raised due to a fake etransfer and the banks do nothing to help him. When you provide proof , they tell you its not good enough. Mean while its a deposit that withdrew all his money?? Hello corruption? Its been a whole year and not a single word. This just goes to show banks dont care to help anyone, no ones safe and they dont care for there clients/customer especially At this location.
