Very fast and courteous service. food quality (especially beef food products) far exceeds expectations .. the food service men and women understand exactly what changes are to be made to custom orders . Exceptionally clear command and control of our primary national language (my employee of the year recommendation is for a gentleman named Mark )

I have had accounts at many different banks in my life and left CIBC, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank, gave each 3 strikes and all have failed me,from terrible managers to terrible service, not lending you money when needed, even though you have $100k in short term savings , mortgage issues as they were charging insufficant funds because deposited on Friday and mortgage came out on Friday but funds not in till Monday , so $20 every week for insufficant funds, credit card failed on honeymoon even though had nothing on it oweing . The Bank of Nova Scotia has not had 1 strike yet and have been with them now for over 20 years. Moved my banking from main branch to Saginaw branch when it opened and the service as always been top notch. If you live in the area I highly recommend this bank.

Always friendly. Nothing is ever to much. The wait is never more than 10 minutes. Of course if you go at a busy time you may have to wait a little longer. I would highly recommend this location for personal and business banking.

Terrible customer service they never return phone calls. We have been waiting a week for a financial advisor to get some easy paper work filled out. The excuses are petty. We are giving it a few more days and then most likely switching our bank to somewhere else. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
