The WORST TD Canada Trust Branch. A Big ZERO to the front end Tellers, they need to be trained, they do not know that a 'bank draft' is equivalent to 'Cash'. These are the most incompetent and lazy tellers who need to up their crap or be fired. With staff like them, I wonder about their Manager. Running around for months to get a single transaction settled, just how knowledgeable they are. Amazing that the intelligent people are out there looking for jobs.

I walk into the bank around 3:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon to get a new bank card, I was sent to the business counter because the other tellers were standing around chatting with each other. The teller I was dealing with couldn't completely figure out how to give me my new card, so she had to talk to her manager on how to completely do it,so a 3 minute visit ended up being around 10 mins long

Worst td branch. Staff is terrible.

Staff is sloppy and unknowlegeable. That's beside the fact that there are endless account fees making it virtually impossible to even properly bank. My first bad experience with my short lived TD business account was that they rushed through my initial meeting, causing numerous errors in the account set up. First they failed to bother confirming important information and mispelled my email address. Because of this, the merchant part of the account (later) couldn't properly be set up since they email you a code for activation. Also because of that initial mispelling of my email address, my whole business account was actually created under that mispelled email as its username. Which is just annoying, and took an entire reset of the account to fix that. After that issue, I soon realized that they put my home address as the business address, and so every receipt given out actually showed my home address and a map showing precisely where I live.... and of course, none of this stuff can be changed via logging in anywhere to just update info, no...you have to call and often wait on long holds, and get disconnected and be transferred several times. They furthermore gave me business account detail info only applicable to personal accounts, which ultimately resulted in multiple fees since apparently personal accounts have unlimited internal transfers (from chequeings to savings/vice versa), but business accounts --contrary to what they first told me-- don't. It also took contacting them multiple times for them to remove paper statements from my accounts, so that was more unnecessary fees that they didn't take responsibility for. There have been MANY more issues, but these are a few that annoyed me the most. I absolutely would not recommend TD for any banking, but most especially not this branch for anything business related since they clearly have no idea what they're doing. Had I been given proper account information and had none of these issues due to utter negligence and unknowlegeable employees, I may have been able to continue banking with TD, but these experiences have definitely ruined any chance of me considering them as a place I want to run my business through. Overall extremely unpleasant experience.

Worst TD Branch ever. Been banking with TD for over 18 years and this branch has made me want to move all of my accounts, including my mortgage, to a different bank completely. Unknowledgeable staff incorrectly told me I had to pay my first tax bill directly even though telephone banking said the branch would take care of it if I brought in the tax bill. What's worse is that she did this all in a condescending tone like I was stupid....when I called telephone banking again they told me to go back. Finally got it sorted out and then had to wait weeks for the refund. Next I went in to speak to someone about removing covenants from my mortgage but instead got a lecture on how to manage my finances and a sales pitch to try to get me to port over my rrsps from another institution. Last straw was when I went into the branch to deposit a bank draft and the draft was placed on hold. The teller said there was nothing she could do to at least clear some of the funds for use. Upon leaving I find out that managers have the ability to waive the hold by validating with the bank that issued the draft. Of course this was never mentioned even though I asked for options. After going back into the branch to speak to the manager she advised me there was nothing she could do and if I had deposited in the ATM I would have access to 2000 dollars....so because I personally put it through the branch instead of the machine I have access to 0....makes no sense Bottom line, nothing but bad experiences with unknowledgable, unfriendly, sales driven, need some lessons in customer service staff....so disappointed with TD and especially with this branch...great experience with branch on Holiday Inn drive for years but this one is just downright awful Don't go here, they will treat you like you're stupid even though they are the ones making mistakes Can't wait to transfer everything including my mortgage when it comes for renewal
