Worst teller I ever dealt with. Went to the bank yesterday regarding an email that I've received earlier in the day, requesting me to open up an RBC VIP bank account, due to my current usage. As we walked in. She started shouting. Standing infront of her, I couldn't even hear the other tellers talking to their customers that way. It's like everyone was hearing about my business. First of all, she didn't know anything. She had to ask her co- teller. She needs to tone it down. I forgotten to look at her name on her badge. I had to leave. I will be going to a different location today. At first she didn't even want to look at my account to help me. I felt disrespected since people were all looking at us. I told my husband as we were walking out. No wonder they have only 2.5 stars rating.

Love the service but one big thing for me the hours of operation it's very inconvenient that alone would want change banks unfortunately. I'm totally conflicted

Pathetic! I NEVER go into the branch but it was necessary today. Stood in line for over 20 min watching two of the slowest moving tellers I've ever seen dealing with account opening and foreign transactions with the same two customers. One of them even had a chair! The receptionist was trying to explain to someone how to use on-line banking. As I left one of the two snails was closing to head to the bathroom! DO NOT go into this branch unless you have no place to be!

Employees make you feel like an inconvenience. I don't feel comfortable in this bank at all. There use to be incredible staff but they are all gone now.
