The Staff here has always been helpful and we have had great service with both our business and personal accounts over many years. Customer service is a challenging industry and before you leave negative reviews using someones name just know that they could have been having a bad day or something could have happened. I am sure everyone is trying their best and although they did not meet some customers expectations please remember they're human and they don't need to be attacked online.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE Went into this Scotia location with a simple problem and the bank teller couldn’t be any less helpful. Yet it got even worse when he asked the unwelcoming pregnant woman in the corner for assistance. I received an offer through email regarding my account and the offer wasn’t being honoured. The pregnant lady had to no interest in even seeing the e-mail I had with me on my phone but wanted to shut me down and consistently attempt to prove she was correct. When I again re-read the email she then told me to contact customer service because that’s not “common” and they wouldn’t be helping with anything in the branch. It took a 5 minute phone call with a customer service rep in MEXICO who asked me to forward the email offer I received and all charges were reversed immediately. As a manager myself sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it and their customer service in this location is non-existent. I would NOT use this location unless I’m only going for the ATM machines but the reviews speak for themselves.

Liam sucks. Worst customer service from a bank teller I've ever had. He did not thank me, say hi or ask me if I needed assistance with anything else. He looked absolutely miserable. If you don't enjoy your job bud just quit. Save us from having to look at your miserable face.

Not overly impressed so far. Had opened a business account and was told that I would have access to a small business specialist. Took 4 contact attempts before they got back to me after a week. Not what I was told when I opened the accounts.
