Useless and prejudice, ill just buy an $360 iPad cash lol. Branch should just be reduced to only machines. Would save a lot of wasted money on wages for the bank. Oh and there was recently a shooting within 1km of the front door this year, 2019. It’s probably within their best interests too. I mean if you’re prejudice, enjoy becoming frustrated with service, and don’t mind being shot at, Head on In! Oddly enough the shooter from the shooting looked a lot like the bank teller. Would be unsurprising if he drives a red Honda.

No wonder why it has poor reviews.

Was an awesome place to bank until I made a checking mistake, and even though I paid all overdraft Fees and checks that didn’t cover other bills. The people won’t give me back my bank card or online information or take out money if not approved by staff. And always a fresh sneer. Unfortunately there are a few wonderful women working there and they are very nice. But I’m extremely insulted by the rest and still being charged for a account that I don’t use because I’m not allowed lol. Moving forward and getting a real bank account and never ever telling anyone that RBC is a great bank. Rather keep a box under my bed

Rude, simply rude.

Recently moved to Preston and have only praise for this branch. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I certainly received personal treatment (was not treated as a number) and being a senior, I do not have a large account but was treated as if my business was as important as any other account holder. Respect goes both ways! Merry Christmas RBC employees👏
