An onother bad experience at TD. Review about Branch manager Andrew Robinson are true and myself experience today in branch. Due to bank error while filling wire detail my wire transfer rejected and Manager refuse to accept that it's due to their mistake and even didn't show the previous wire detail to me to verify. He thread me 3 time while my 2 hours at bank to resend wire. every time I ask something he threat to stop working and give me Draft and close my account. Other Customer manager TJMasri is also same. When I told clearly that I want to talk to Branch Manager he told me that I am manager. I can see his name tag on his badge. Both are very rude and doing bossing on other low level teller. They both stand behind and directing her and both don't know what to do and call every 5 min to their help line and give phone to her to solve problem. It cost 10 days delay , 2 hr in branch and $30 re-fee to resend my wire which was rejected due to TD branch's negligence. ( as per their agreement they are liable for their mistake and even though they charge me $30 again by threatening me to stop doing wire) They took sign for wire but when I ask for proof they says no there is no proof for previous wire what they are says verbally is enough.

Andrew Robinson the Branch Manager is a total waste. Hes been bounced from branch to branch due to complaints because he knows absolutely NOTHING and never helps. Talks down to customers and is just condescending. Always likes to blame other departments and would rather wash his hand of clients then actually do anything to help them. Hes there for the paycheck and paycheck only. The staff have to do everything through him and their hands are tied. Any branch hes worked at has lost clients. Unfortunately for the Manitou branch it's more a just get out of training pit for new employees so hes been able to maintain a job there......for now. I wouldn't hire him for a job at Mcdonands cleaning toilets let alone at a bank.

Worst location, with worst customer service . stuff they should know, they have no knowledge about when it comes to depositing cheque’s. Told me wrong info and then held my money because they didn’t know what they were talking about.

dealing with the TD family now for over 13 years, and this isn't my home branch but the service here is great. Fast, friendly and very helpful on every visit. I've been to my own branch 2 times in 13 years, but to this one 99% of the time.

Worst customer experience I have ever seen in my life. Horrible staff, extremely unprofessional. I'm never using this branch again. I would avoid this TD unless you want headaches.
