Came at around 10:30 pm on a Friday just looking to use the ATM and there was an employee inside. I asked if we could use the atm and he Waived ya off saying that we could definitely not use any services. Absolutely rediculous considering we’ve been a customer for 10 years and just looking to take $40 out of the atm. I’ll never open another account with this business.

I just met with someone from this branch to open an RESP, and she was wonderful! I've been with TD my whole life and I have to say, this was my first time actually enjoying my experience when meeting with someone. Jeannie was not pushy or fake; in fact she was genuine and was not trying sell me on anything. I will definitely be back to see her in the future!

My review is based on one person. My appointment with Jennifer went very well. She answered all the questions I had, opened a new account for me and got me all the info I requested. She’s outstanding. I will request to book an appointment with her again in the future.

The bank removed the convenient no charge coin sorting machine and I was suddenly stuck standing there with a bag of loose change. I was told at reception that the bank clerk would give me papers to roll the coins. To my surprise the clerk offered to help me roll the loose dimes and nickles and she was quick to explain all of the coin sorting machines were being removed as it was costing too much money to operate them. (Typical greedy Bankster mentality of profits before people!!) I asked her for some extra papers to roll coins for the next time I went to the bank and there was no charge. I know at Scotia where I had an account, the bank refuses to accept coins in paper and charges you 50 cents for each 'clear plastic' coin roll you ask for. So as much as I still hate banks, the woman at the Guelph branch was a refreshing change from the usual horrific customer service I am used to. Cheers to her for caring and taking the time to be nice.
